This role is paying between £26,000 - £28,000 plus a 10% annual bonus
We operate a 4 day week on 100% pay.
30 days annual leave including bank holidays
Private medical, dental, optical and auditory care through Vitality along with additional benefits.
This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the office 2 days a week.

* Have monthly EDI training with an external EDI Consultant that provides us with advice and guidance on how we can make our recruitment practices more inclusive.
* We are always implementing new initiatives to drive inclusion in recruitment, in October 2023 we launched a ‘No CV’ recruitment process for our clients and have to date have placed 4 candidates not using a CV at any stage of the process.
* We only use anonymised CVs in the work that we are doing with our clients.

Key requirements
We are a phone first business, so are looking for candidates that are really comfortable having conversations over the phone.
An ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams is really important as this will be something you use a lot of, from sending emails, formatting CVs, updating excel trackers, and sending out Teams interviews you will need to be confident in your ability.
Confidence in using systems is also key, you may not have used a candidate and client recruitment tracking system before, that’s ok, but you will need to be able to pick this up as you will be using one on a daily basis.
