Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a CDM Principal Designer. The Principal Designer will be responsible for discharging duties under CDM 2015 and supporting compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. The role may require occasional travel across the UK.
Qualifications
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate,
* Expert knowledge of CDM 2015, Building Regulations, and Building Safety Act
* Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable but not essential)
* Skills
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Produce Pre‑Construction Information Packs
* Carry out Design Risk Assessments and design appraisals
* Complete H&S Files and assist with Golden Thread documentation
* Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other software
Strong work ethic, punctual, and a good team player.
