The ideal candidate will handle property viewings, tenancy administration, compliance tasks, and enquiries from landlords and potential tenants. Experience using CANOPY tenancy progression software is highly desirable to help streamline processes, progress tenancies efficiently, and ensure smooth operations within the branch. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing property viewings for prospective tenants Handling landlord and tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in-person Progressing tenancies from application to move-in, ideally using CANOPY CRM Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documentation Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures Maintaining accurate property records and databases Assisting the branch team with day-to-day administrative tasks Supporting managers with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings administration or coordination Familiarity with CANOPY tenancy progression system (preferred) Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Knowledge of the Rainham/Essex property market advantageous Ambitious, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service What's In It For You?
