In this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.
Your new roleAs a Customer Quality Assurance professional, you will oversee non-conforming products and services, raise and track concerns, and manage containment and stock related to customer issues. You will issue and manage 8D/5Y reports, utilise quality tools such as the 5 Why and fishbone diagram, and ensure product traceability. Direct interaction with customers will be a key part of your role, as you manage customer-specific requirements and support the Sales organisation in quality matters. Additionally, you will generate weekly and monthly quality reports, track 8D progress, and manage customer scorecards. Participation in continuous improvement projects and support for internal quality audits will also be expected.
The key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include 8D handling time, Parts Per Million (PPM) & Complaints Per Million (CPM), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), re-charge costs, and line stops.
