A new opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Senior AdministratorBased at Trust HQ in Howard Court, Welwyn Garden City - working both remotely and within the office on a rotational basis.
This position will be based within the Business Support Team offering senior administration support to Assistant Directors and the wider Integrated Business Team (IBT).
2 positions available: 1 permanent, 1 Fixed Term Contract (1 year).
Proposed interview date: 22-Sept-2025
The post holder will attract a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary (pro rata where applicable).

Responsibilities
* Provide coordinated administrative support to the various areas of the IBT.
* Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including responsibility for delegated duties as part of a comprehensive administrative service.
* Act as a source of advice and guidance, and be a key point of contact for relevant enquiries from internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
