Assistant Manager / Senior Team Leader - Dementia Residential Care Macclesfield £14.84 per hour | Permanent Role 36 hours per week | 3 x 12-hour shifts About the Role: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager / Strong Team Leader to join a well-established Dementia Residential Care Home in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and dedicated care professional looking to take the next step in their career. You will support the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care and leadership across the home while maintaining a hands-on presence on the floor. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support the care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Assist the Home Manager with day-to-day operations and staff supervision. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and external professionals to ensure positive outcomes. Oversee care planning, medication administration, and shift organisation. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and promote best practice in dementia care. Requirements: Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager within a residential or dementia care setting. NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or working towards). Strong leadership and communication skills. Compassionate, proactive, and committed to delivering person-centred care. Willingness to work 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts).
