We’re seeking a Technical Service Representative to support one of their food manufacturing clients across multiple sites in the wider Belfast area.
In this role, you’ll make a real impact, helping customers boost efficiency, improve sustainability, and maintain top-notch hygiene standards.
You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with a consultative approach to deliver real value and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong customer relationships and introduce new programmes and innovations
* Conduct site surveys, prepare proposals, and present solutions to win new business
* Manage margins and support delivery of profit targets
* Provide technical guidance on hygiene chemicals and applications
* Resolve routine and specialist hygiene issues
* Deliver training, safety guidance, and continuous improvement support
* Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
