Our Aspion Search Transport & Logistics division, currently headed up from Liverpool HQ, is expanding into Manchester. This is your chance to be part of growing a high-performing team in a major logistics hub.

Reporting to a Divisional Manager with over 10 years of market success, you’ll step into a desk with established client relationships and live business. You can start billing quickly while still having huge scope to develop new partnerships and make the desk your own .
This is not a “sit back and account manage” role. You’ll be a relationship-building machine — growing existing accounts, winning new business, and positioning yourself as a market expert .
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain
A driven, ambitious mindset with strong commercial awareness
Someone who thrives in a full 360 recruitment role
A natural relationship builder who enjoys developing long-term partnerships
Motivated by progression, earnings, and building something meaningful
The Role – Full 360 Recruitment
You’ll take ownership of a desk with warm clients and live roles, while:
Building and nurturing long-term client and candidate relationships
Expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
Interviewing candidates and matching them to live vacancies
Mapping talent pools using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing
Developing your personal brand across social, phone, and email
Driving consistent billings through relationship-led recruitment
You’ll have a head start, but your growth will come from your ability to build, influence, and develop trust in the market .
