We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join our Business Solutions team at REPRESENT. You'll own the day-to-day administration of our NetSuite ERP system, sitting across our omnichannel operation across Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels.

Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions, as our internal NetSuite expert, you'll be responsible for system maintenance, user support, integration monitoring, and working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Retail, and Wholesale teams to ensure NetSuite meets their evolving needs. You'll also play a crucial role in building and maintaining technical documentation to support the business as we continue to scale.

What you'll be doing:

NetSuite Administration:

* Serve as primary NetSuite administrator, responsible for system maintenance, data accuracy, and user support

* Create and maintain saved searches and custom reports to support business needs

* Conduct daily system health checks and proactively troubleshoot issues

* Perform data imports, exports, mass updates and data reconciliation

* Lead on system month-end close and reconciliation processes, supporting the Finance team

* Manage workload with third party support providers for more complex system changes

* Manage user access, roles, and permissions across the organization

* Provide training and ongoing support to ensure users can work effectively in NetSuite

Integration Management:

* Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and connected systems (3PL/WMS, Shopify, Loop Returns, and more)

* Collaborate with integration partners and vendors to build out new solutions and resolve issues

* Conduct end-to-end testing of new integrations, system changes, and process improvements

* Perform inventory reporting and stock reconciliation across multiple systems

Process Improvement & Documentation:

* Identify opportunities for automation and system optimisation

* Build and maintain a centralised technical documentation library covering NetSuite configuration, customisations, processes and integrations

* Document current and target-state process flows

* Configure NetSuite to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

* Work closely with Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Retail and Wholesale teams to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions

* Partner with third-party providers to ensure system alignment and continuous improvement


What we're looking for:

Essential:

* 2-3 years hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a mid-to-large business environment

* Comfortable with saved searches, reports and customisation

* Experience working in an omnichannel business (Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale)

* Understanding of financial/accounting terminology and its impact in NetSuite

* Exposure to logistics operations and 3PL/WMS systems

* Strong Excel skills and ability to work with complex datasets

* High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, growing business

Nice to Have:

* NetSuite certification or other demonstrated learning

* Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and custom record development

* Fashion or retail industry background

* Experience working with integration platforms

* Project management experience
