About the role:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of an assigned sales area while supporting both customers and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for after-sales enquiries, providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Using office software and CRM tools, you will process orders, maintain accurate records, handle enquiries, and support the wider Sales and Operations teams in delivering a seamless experience. Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 5pm, based at our Head Office in Lowestoft.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service and after-care support for all customers in your area.
Use email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases to support daily sales activity.
Answer incoming calls and direct to relevant team members promptly.
Respond to area sales inbox enquiries on the same day.
Process sales orders accurately and maintain daily invoice spreadsheets.
Log and record product returns, updating systems and team members accordingly.
Provide absence cover for other Sales Support areas when required.

About you:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be friendly, organised, and committed to delivering outstanding service. You will have experience communicating with customers, managing multiple tasks under pressure, and supporting wider teams. You will bring excellent time management, strong IT skills, and the ability to build rapport and solve problems efficiently. Your proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented approach will set you apart.
Experience using CRM systems, databases, spreadsheets, and email confidently is essential. Previous experience in a sales support or customer-focused environment is highly advantageous.
