The Role
Lead Sales Project Management: Drive deal progression by developing action plans, tracking outstanding items, and proactively removing obstacles to closure.
Own Late-Stage Deal Engagements: Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during the final stages of negotiation and pre-implementation.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with legal, product, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment and preparedness for deal closure.
Ensure Opportunity Transparency: Maintain clear visibility into each sales opportunity’s progress, including timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.
Streamline Post-Sale Transitions: Facilitate smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success teams, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
Support New Product Launches: Play a key role in launching and scaling new product offerings by helping to define and optimize handoff and readiness processes.
