We have an exciting new vacancy for a Bar Manager to join our team at one of the largest hotels in the Britannia chain, Norbreck Castle Hotel & Spa Blackpool. With 487 rooms, Norbreck Castle is located on the quieter side of the promenade, near charming villages like Bispham and Thornton-Cleveleys. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation from Blackpool.

Your duties will include:
Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
Recruiting, training, developing and managing all bar staff.
Ensuring all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers and be available to work varied shifts .
