Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
We're looking for Video Surveyors who have some plumbing experience. You'll be talking to the customers via a video link so communication skills must be high along with the ability to use a laptop.
You'll be talking the customer through the video survey, to see if a meter can be installed internally. You'll receive full training on communication along with system training to carry this out.
You're working hours will be on a shift rota, 08:00 - 17:00 or 11:00 - 20:00, with 30 minute lunch break. There will also be an option for overtime on a Saturday.
