About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven Quality Technician to strengthen our quality assurance team. In this hands-on role, you will carry out inspections, record and investigate NCRs, create inspection reports and working instructions, and help drive corrective actions. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with specifications and deliver consistently high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform in-process, final, and incoming goods inspections using appropriate measurement tools.
* Record, report, and manage NCRs, supporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Create and update quality working instructions, checklists, and inspection documentation to ensure clear and consistent processes.
* Generate inspection reports, trend data, and KPI dashboards (e.g., First-Time Pass Rate).
* Support internal audits and process checks to ensure compliance with standards.
* Mentor and guide production staff on quality standards and documentation requirements.
* Escalate unresolved quality concerns to management promptly.
About You
* Ideally 2+ years' experience in a quality role.
* Skilled at managing NCRs and driving corrective actions through to closure.
* Ability to create clear, structured work instructions and inspection reports.
* Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
* Knowledge of modern manufacturing processes, auditing, and quality tools.
* Good numeracy, literacy, and decision-making skills.
