Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Banbury with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both retail, foodservice and wholesale markets. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop business strategies, negotiating contracts, and analysing market trends to identify potential areas of growth. The successful candidate will also work on sales planning and oversee the implementation of business development initiatives across the two brands.
Reporting to the Managing Director this role is for someone who is ready to take the next step up from a business development executive.
Qualifications
* Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
* Previous experience in the food and drink industry is critical
* Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Opportunity Identification
* Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
