Production Operator/Forklift Driver Required Milton Keynes - Start ASAP
Are you an experienced Process Operator with a valid Counterbalance forklift licence? Looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company? We have a fantastic temp-to-perm position available in Milton Keynes that could be perfect for you!
This hands-on role is vital to the smooth running of our client's production operations. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring materials and processes are handled efficiently and safely.
Key Info:
* Working Hours: Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday)
* Rate: 14.80 - 17.00 per hour
* Employment basis: Temp to perm
* Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and mixing materials
* Operating machinery
* Manual handling (up to 12kg-25kg)
* Inventory management and materials handling
* Overseeing quality control processes
* Monitoring and supporting manufacturing workflow
* Reporting and resolving any equipment or process issues
* Completing shift handovers and start-up duties
* Using internal systems and completing admin tasks
* Operating a Counterbalance forklift
* Taking full ownership of the processing area
What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Inventory and materials handling experience
* Confident computer skills
* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
