Responsibilities: Administer identity management in Active Directory and Entra, including fault resolution and routine maintenance. Support teams across the business with administrative tasks in Azure, including permissions and VM management. Configure and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Collaborate with various departments to maintain and configure specific business applications as needed. Assist employees with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of company-issued hardware and software. Track incidents and changes within the helpdesk system ensuring timely resolution. Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues with hardware and software. Manage and support the IT infrastructure at our Birmingham Office, with occasional support required for locations across the Midlands, Milton Keynes, and London. Manage and maintain all company mobile devices, including iOS and Android. Administer the Microsoft Teams PSTN phone system, including configuration and fault resolution. Oversee and support data backup solutions. Create and maintain clear, comprehensive IT documentation for systems.
