The role of Senior HR Assistant is a key position in our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the HR inbox and serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Administer employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, terminations, and transfers.
* Oversee the end-to-end employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new staff members.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records and files, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide regular management information on key HR metrics, utilizing data analysis and extraction techniques.
* Support benefits and pensions administration, ensuring timely communication and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
* Possess membership of the CIPD or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.
* Demonstrate relevant recent HR experience, preferably with recruitment involvement.
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with colleagues and employees.
* Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
