Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:
* Deliver and plan Maths lessons
* Provide professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes
* Help and support individual pupils as required and encouraging them to research topics themselves
* Keep a register of pupils' attendance, set assignments and homework, mark pupils work, record completion, write progress reports and carry out continuous assessment
* Plan and lead on the curriculum in accordance with Keys Group and Ofsted Educational Standards
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A committed and passionate view of students with SEN
* Specialism in Mathematics
* At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
* QTS/QTLS is advantageous

The provision is a co-educational school and provides a supportive and personalised education programme for pupils aged between 11-16. The school caters for pupils with SEMH needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental wellbeing needs.
Additionally, many of our pupils present with significant social and communication difficulties influenced by trauma or complex emotional difficulties. The school prides itself on providing specialised interventions than those provided in a mainstream school.
These positions are due to growth, we are seeking individuals who have at least 2-years’ experience within a SEND environment.
