The position focuses on monitoring and improving supplier and manufacturing performance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement using quality tools, data analysis, and a strong Right First-Time approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure products comply with engineering specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
Lead problem-solving activities including 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Monitor and improve supplier and internal quality performance using KPIs
Support and conduct internal, supplier, and ISO audits
Ensure customer complaints are effectively managed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer
Apprentice trained OR relevant Engineering certifications
Strong knowledge of ISO standards
Strong Root Cause analysis skills - 8Ds, 5 Whys.
