GreenGenUK is expanding our Devon-based team and we're looking for a confident, experienced installer to take the lead on domestic renewable heating installations across the South West.
We are an award-winning installer established in 2011 and now proudly part of the Hometree Group. With installations booked months ahead and strong regional growth, this is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to lead high-quality installations — not rush boiler swaps.
The Role
What You'll Be Installing
* Air source heat pumps
* Ground source heat pumps
* Unvented hot water cylinders
* Heating controls & system upgrades
* Radiator replacements & pipework modifications
* Full domestic heating system installations
Most work is pre-designed and supported by our in-house teams — you focus on high-quality installation.
Who This Role Is Ideal For
* Domestic heating engineers
* Plumbers with strong heating installation experience
* Engineers confident with S & Y Plans and unvented cylinders
* Installers wanting to move away from boiler work
* Tradespeople looking for stable, booked-in work rather than chasing jobs
You must:
* Hold NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing & Heating
* Have strong domestic installation experience
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Be professional, organised and quality-focused
Renewable experience is welcome but not essential — training will be provided throughout your time, and initial jobs are supported by existing installers till you feel you are ready to take the lead
