We have an exciting new vacancy for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Edinburgh. This 223-room hotel is ideally located in the West End. Our hotel is within easy reach of the city's major attractions and just a short walk from Haymarket train station

Your duties will include:
* Help to keep all kitchens and food storage areas clean
* Supporting chef in basic food preparation and other tasks if required
* Washing dishes and providing a constant stock of clean crockery and utensils for all areas of the hotel
* Follow regular cleaning schedules as well as routine deep cleaning as required
The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual, no experience required as full training will be given.
