Your Role:
As part of the Anchorage service team, you'll:
* Support young people in maintaining tenancies and developing independent living skills
* Help them set and achieve goals in housing, employment, education or training
* Visit tenants regularly in shared houses to monitor and report maintenance needs
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high quality service delivery
* Ensure all work complies with safeguarding and regulatory standards
What You Will Need:
* A commitment to empowering young people
* The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team as well as independently
* A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle
