We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join our vibrant front of house team. As a key member of our restaurant, you'll not only deliver outstanding service but also inspire and guide your colleagues to create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest.
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a drive to help a team thrive in a busy, fun-filled environment.
What you'll do:
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring service runs smoothly
Welcome and seat guests, setting the tone for their visit
Support and motivate the team during busy shifts
Take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accuracy in service
Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service flowing
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and positivity
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all FOH areas
Assist with events, private dining, and catering when required
What we're looking for:
Previous hospitality or supervisory experience (preferred)
A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Experience with bartending or events is a bonus
