This setting supports pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviours, so we are looking for someone who can remain calm, consistent, and supportive under pressure.
Your day-to-day role:
* Providing consistent support and structure for pupils
* Supporting behaviour and emotional needs
* Encouraging engagement in lessons
* Working closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals
* Supporting transitions throughout the school day
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trust with pupils
* Resilience and adaptability
* Driving is preferred due to limited public transport access

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
