Overview
The Corporate Account Support Manager supports the commercial relationship between Biffa and its Corporate clients, covering growth and development, KPI and SLA compliance, customer satisfaction and retention, to ensure consistency and high-quality service.

* Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation
* Flexible and willing to travel as required
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Account Director and act as an interface between the company and Corporate Clients, supporting strategic account plans, service success, contract compliance and retention
* Carry out on-site audits and deliver improvements across the portfolio as agreed
* Create reports in a timely and fit-for-purpose manner as requested by the customer and within deadlines
* Provide support on tenders and contract renewals across the portfolio
* Support Corporate Account Directors with growth of the customer net earnings base and expansion or introduction of new services
* Assist with the production and development of customer management information/reporting as agreed with your line manager
* Own the gathering of supplier data that supports reporting and invoicing needs of customers
* Manage pricing and customer quotations for specified contracts
* Support ad hoc and administrative requirements for the customer base, as agreed with your line manager
* Manage and deliver projects for customers as agreed with your line manager
