Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

We’re supporting a growing organisation in appointing a Finance Manager — a fantastic opportunity for a driven finance professional who wants to make a real impact and progress towards Finance Director level.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the financial strategy, partnering directly with senior leadership.
Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
Lead month‑end, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Strengthen controls, systems, and financial processes.
Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations including payroll and VAT.
Manage and develop a small finance team while driving continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For Essential:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
Experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or senior finance lead.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
Confident communicator, able to influence at senior level.Desirable:
Background in a growing SME.
