Business Cluster Manager/Practice Manager, Dental Provider
Location: Dundonald & Lisburn, Belfast, BT16
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire
* Manage and support a dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals.
* Oversee key operational areas including HR, accounts, RQIA compliance, and NHS reporting.
* Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice while maintaining high professional standards.
Drive Growth
* Use your commercial awareness to support clinician productivity and increase overall practice performance.
* Develop and implement marketing and patient growth initiatives.
* Support training and development across the team to maximise service delivery.
Community Engagement
* Enhance the practice’s presence within the local community.
* Manage and improve the practice’s online reputation, Google Reviews, and social media presence.
Enhance Patient Experience
* Continuously improve the patient journey and practice environment.
* Implement initiatives that ensure every patient visit is professional, welcoming, and efficient.
