Working Hours for the Lettings Account Manager:
* Monday to Friday
* Full or part-time hours are negotiable
Salary/Package for the successful Lettings Account Manager:
* Salary between £20,000 - £33,000
* A supportive and experienced team working under a well-established brand
Responsibilities for the role of a Lettings Account Manager:
* Manage lettings enquiries
* Assist the team with sales and lettings compliance
* Handle enquiries and administrative requests
* Assist Property Manager with referencing for new business
* Chase backdated rent
* Liaise with contractors regarding payments
Requirements for the role of a Lettings Account Manager:
* Previous experience in a Lettings Accounts role is essential
* Experience or administrative background within the property sector is essential
* Forward-thinking problem solver
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to use own initiative
