* Exceptional Academic Record
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Similar
* Analytically sharp – comfortable working with financial and operational data to drive real insights
* Excellent communicator – can present complex ideas confidently to senior executives and stakeholders
* Tech-savvy – proficient with PowerPoint or similar and able to quickly synthesise large volumes of information
* Thrives in ambiguity – adaptable, resilient, and energised by fast-paced, ever-changing environments
* Self-starter mentality – hungry, ambitious, and takes ownership without waiting to be asked
* Intellectually curious – a genuine problem-solver who loves learning and digging deeper
