The role:
1. Support clients with obtaining suitable accommodation and support tenancy sustainment
2. Undertake outreach sessions, including referral agencies and other stakeholders to publicise
3. Facilitate drop in sessions
4. Provide advice within an office or an outreach setting
5. To attend any relevant multi-agency meetings as required
6. To share any concerns with a staff member
7. To respect peoples’ differences
8. Contacting people for feedback on their experience
9. Supporting staff with admin responsibilities and relevant paperwork
10. Potential to support on home visits.
11. Support service users with bidding in a community hub setting.
Skills we would like you to bring to the role:
12. Organised
13. Friendly and confident manner
14. Confidence to speak to people accessing the service
15. Experience of working / volunteering with adults at risk / with support needs related to accommodation and / or drug/alcohol use
16. Clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality
17. Confident IT skills – aside from any IT skills required for the role, some of our mandatory training is done online through eLearning modules
18. Professional, honest and committed
19. Non-judgmental towards people with lived experience
20. Good time keeping
21. Able to work as part of a team, on own initiative and to instruction

24. Ability to maintain professional boundaries, adhere to Waythrough policies and media guidelines, engage in supervision, and complete relevant training
