Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability and growth. Support the Director of Marketing in shaping and executing the broader marketing and acquisition strategy. Champion the use of data-driven and AI-assisted insights to inform decision-making, optimise campaigns and identify new opportunities. Ensure brand alignment and message consistency across multiple websites and customer touchpoints. Manage budgets, campaign planning, and performance reporting for all marketing channels under your remit. Digital Channel Ownership Affiliate Marketing lead the development and management of affiliate programmes, partnerships and networks to drive incremental sales and ROI. Oversee and continuously optimise SEO performance across all websites. Lead the content strategy, ensuring all content is SEO-optimised, engaging, and aligned with brand and commercial goals - incorporating generative AI tools to support the scaling of production. Manage email marketing channel, driving lifecycle campaigns and improved customer retention. Manage organic social channel, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter and Pinterest. Work closely with the PPC team to ensure cohesive cross-channel activity. eCommerce & Platform Work closely with eCommerce and development teams to deliver marketing-led enhancements within Magento. Leverage platform capabilities and AI-supported personalisation tools to improve user experience, conversion and product discovery. Support site optimisation initiatives to improve visibility, conversion and customer engagement. People & Collaboration Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver against KPIs and build long-term capability. Support upskilling of the marketing team in emerging digital and AI-driven marketing practices. Partner with internal teams to align marketing activity with business priorities. Skills & Experience Essential: Proven experience as a B2C Marketing Manager (or equivalent) in an eCommerce or digital-first environment. Solid understanding of Magento / Adobe Commerce and how marketing integrates with eCommerce platforms. Experience managing multiple sites or brands within a complex digital setup. Proven experience across affiliate marketing, SEO, content management, and email automation. Experience applying automation or AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, insights or creative output. Strong leadership and people management skills. Commercially driven, data-led, and confident in reporting on ROI and channel metrics. Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
