We are seeking several experienced permanent factory production operatives to join a busy client at a brand-new facility in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that offers full training and a clear path for progression.
This role involves operating large-scale machinery used to produce paper and tissue products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring and controlling machinery via control panels.
2. Working to production targets.
3. Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
4. Ensuring the machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
This position is a three-shift rotation, Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.
Full training will be provided. Please note that this may include a short, fully expensed trip to Spain or Italy to see the machinery in operation before it’s installed at the new site.
To be considered for this role, you must:
5. Live locally to the Deeside area.
6. Have prior production experience (not just warehouse work).
7. Demonstrate commitment to previous employers on your CV.

9. A salary of £28,000 per year, plus overtime and a generous shift allowance (10% for morning, 10% for afternoon, and 20% for nights).
