🤝 The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a PE-backed software business operating at the intersection of data, technology and financial services. With around 300 employees and the backing of a leading private equity investor, the company is entering a significant phase of growth and transformation. Following recent investment and leadership changes, they have set an ambitious strategy to more than double ARR over the next five years through product innovation, market expansion and strategic investment.
📈 As part of that journey, they are hiring Product Managers to help shape product strategy, customer adoption and commercial growth across key market segments. Working closely with senior leadership, engineering and commercial teams, you'll play a central role in understanding customer problems, identifying opportunities and ensuring product investments deliver meaningful business outcomes.
🔎 This is not a delivery-focused Product Manager role. The business already has strong delivery capability in place and is looking for Product Managers who can operate closer to customers, the market and commercial outcomes. You'll uncover customer needs, validate opportunities and help shape product strategy, working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams to ensure investment is focused on delivering maximum value, adoption and growth.
👤 The ideal candidate will bring a blend of product thinking, commercial awareness and customer empathy. They may come from a B2B SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, data platform or other regulated technology environment, but domain expertise is less important than product judgement, curiosity and the ability to operate autonomously. The business is particularly interested in high-agency Product Managers who enjoy solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and taking ownership in fast-moving environments.
