Security Officer Location: Banbeath Industrial Estate, Leven Salary: £13.95 per hour Hours: 48 hours per week Working Pattern: 4 days per week, shift pattern applicable Contract Type: Permanent Part Time As a Security Officer at Sodexo, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, colleagues, visitors and assets. Working across the Diageo Leven account, you will help deliver a professional security service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. What you’ll do: Ensure the safety and security of people, premises and assets across multiple sites Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems where required Control access and egress, verifying identification in line with site procedures Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies Complete accurate incident reports and maintain daily logs Provide cover for planned and unplanned absences across sites Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain a secure environment Deliver excellent customer service and represent Sodexo professionally at all times What you bring: Valid SIA Licence (essential) Full driving licence (essential) Previous security experience in a similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills Flexible approach to working patterns and locations Additional security qualifications are desirable What We Offer Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
