Malvern Sea Cadets is looking for Trustees to join our Unit Management Team to support our growth and development, enriching the lives of our cadets.

* Three or more years of professional experience in areas such as:
* General management and administration
* Financial management / fundraising
* Public relations / social media
* Compliance / health & safety
* Education / safeguarding
* Estates / legal
You should be reliable, honest, trustworthy, a good communicator, able to work effectively with a team, and capable of motivating and encouraging others.
What will you be doing?
As a trustee, you will support the running of a long-established Sea Cadet unit that provides life-changing opportunities for young people. Currently, the unit has 28 cadets from the area. Training courses are available to help you develop skills, enhance your CV, and succeed in this role.
