What you will be doing:
* Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of light commercial vehicles (Renault Lutons, etc.)
* Performing PMIs, inspections, MOT prep, and safety checks to DVSA standards
* Handling key mechanical work: brakes, clutches, suspension, exhausts, and diagnostics
* Using diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and ensure first-time fixes
* Completing service paperwork, job cards, and compliance documentation accurately
* Road-testing vehicles to confirm repair quality
* Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and efficient
What you will bring:
Key Requirements:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Hands-on experience working with vans or LCVs in a workshop or fleet environment
Confidence using diagnostic tools and solving mechanical problems
Full UK driving licence (Category B)
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
