We are now seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting adults with physical disabilities and complex health needs across two services in Salford (M27). This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a 12-week probation period, after which you will transition to a permanent role. About the Role As a Support Coordinator, you will: * Deliver respectful personal and practical care to up to 10 individuals, supporting independence and meaningful lifestyles. * Assist in the coordination and day-to-day operations of the services to meet all regulatory and service user expectations. * Supervise and support care staff, ensuring effective deployment based on individual needs and preferences. * Liaise closely with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality, coordinated care. * Deputise for the Registered Manager, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the services. ✅ Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience in supporting individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs in the UK. * At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a care setting. * Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). * Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship). * Two professional references (including one from your most recent employer). * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable). ⏰ Hours & Pay * Full-time – 37.5 hours/week, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rota basis. * Pay Rates (during probation): * Weekdays: £15.80/hour * Nights & Weekends: £16.00/hour Next Steps If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact in the lives of others, we want to hear from you.
