The Academic Registrar is our Schools Examinations Officer and internal data admin. They coordinate and lead on the internal and external examinations processes including public examinations; so a calm demeanour combined with fantastic organisational skills is required. The ability to deal with numerous tasks at once and manage priorities will be key to ensuring smooth running of assessments. They will also deal with various different members of staff and external organisations, so good communication skills are also essential.
The School’s MIS (Management Information System) is currently Arbor. They should have strong technical and analytical skills to help us maximise and streamline our internal data. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of IT and be familiar (or able to become familiar) with appropriate confidential data and IT systems, including Outlook, word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and use of online portals to administer examinations, and to keep up-to-date with developments in these areas. The nature of the work demands that discretion and confidentiality are of utmost importance at all times.
