The work is complex, often involving multi-phase schemes, joint ventures, and strategic land arrangements.<br></span><span><br></span><span><br></span><span><br></span><span><br></span><span>Your responsibilities will include advising on development agreements, options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, and site assembly matters, as well as supporting on acquisitions and disposals linked to development projects.<br></span><span><br></span><span><br></span><span><br></span><span><br></span><span>You’ll work closely with a leading Partner while also taking ownership of your own matters, advising clients directly on strategy, risk, and commercial outcomes.
