Role: HGV Parts Advisor
Location:Market Weighton
Salary: GBP 35,000 : GBP 45,000
Hours:Monday to Friday 8/8.30am :5pm and alternate Saturdays, 08:00am : 12:00pm
My client is a fleet maintenance company who have been established for over 20 years. They are customer focused and ensure constant training is provided to their ever:growing team. My client is constantly investing in new technologies to ensure they work to the highest standards. Due to their outstanding success, they are now looking for a skilled HGV Parts Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities of the HGV Parts Advisor:
: Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
: Locate and supply parts and accessories from stock or by placing orders with suppliers
: Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
: Maintain up:to:date and accurate stock records
: Ensure the parts department is well organised and clean at all times
: Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
: Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
: Regularly update the parts database with new stock and pricing
: Deliver excellent customer service at all times
HGV Parts Advisor Requirements:
: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the HGV trade is preferred
: Strong customer service and communication skills
: Full UK driving licence is essential
: Organised, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast:paced environment
