Reflection Learning Centre Manager Required for Secondary School in Leeds About the role This Reflection Learning Centre Manager role is based in a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Leeds rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. The school is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead and manage their Reflection Learning Centre, supporting pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional and pastoral support to successfully engage with their learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams, SEND staff and teaching staff to create a calm, structured and supportive environment where students can reflect on their behaviour, regulate emotions and successfully reintegrate into lessons.

Your Role
Managing the day-to-day running of the Reflection Learning Centre
Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to minimise disruption and improve behaviour across the school
Promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting restorative approaches
Monitoring student progress, behaviour and engagement within the centre
Providing feedback to teachers, parents/carers and senior leaders
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, Autism and other additional learning or behavioural needs
Encouraging students to develop self-regulation, resilience and positive attitudes towards learning
The ideal candidate
Strong behaviour management and mentoring skills
Calm, resilient and approachable manner
Passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential
Able to think on their feet and respond proactively to challenging situations
Experience working within a school, behaviour support, pastoral or inclusion setting
Ability to build excellent relationships and rapport with pupils, staff and families
Committed to maintaining high expectations and a positive learning environment
