Financial Administrator
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire - £23,809.50 to £25,000 DOE. Permanent, full time
We're looking for a bright, ambitious, and hard-working candidate to join our friendly and supportive customer service team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career within a modern and award-winning financial services firm.
THE ROLE:
This role is based in our Leamington Spa office. Your duties will vary day-to-day and will include the following:
-Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls.
* Making outgoing telephone calls.
* Making calls/requests to and dealing with pension, investment, mortgage and insurance companies and enquiries.
* Processing of new business applications.
* Supporting our Mortgage Capacity Experts and Trustee Accounts Specialists.
* Supporting our Paraplanners and Advisers.
* Administering Group Scheme Policy Renewals.
* General office admin duties.
* Greeting visitors at our office.
* Communicating with clients.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Ideally educated to degree level
* Minimum education: Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C and above (or equivalent).
* Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
* Enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
* Basic salary of £23,809.50-£25,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure.
