Key Responsibilities
* Support managers with performance management, attendance, and employee reviews.
* Participate in meetings, interviews, and disciplinary hearings, providing accurate note‑taking and minutes.
* Assist with HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across the business.
* Partner with team leaders to promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement.
* Handle day‑to‑day HR administration, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.

* Previous HR experience within a contact centre or similar fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
* Confident, professional, and able to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
