HR Officer – Hull – £40,000 per annum
We’re looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to make a real impact within a growing contact centre business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support managers with performance management, attendance, and employee reviews.
2. Participate in meetings, interviews, and disciplinary hearings, providing accurate note-taking and minutes.
3. Assist with HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across the business.
4. Partner with team leaders to promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement.
5. Handle day-to-day HR administration, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
About You:
6. Previous HR experience within a contact centre or similar fast-paced, high-volume environment.
7. Confident, professional, and able to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
9. Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion.
