About The Role
Are you passionate about craft beer and ready to drive growth in the dynamic on-trade industry? BrewDog, the pioneer of the craft beer revolution, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on managing Regional On Trade groups in the IFT. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth within your designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Grow BrewDog's market share in the On Trade through new distribution of Core Headliners in the IFT and L&T sectors. This includes targeting new accounts and managing local On Trade budgets.
· Build strong relationships with RTM partners, spending most of your time calling on accounts to drive strategy.
· Identify, win, and manage key multiple operator channels and regional distributor partners. Review business volume and initiatives with key partner venues regularly.
· Conduct staff education, tastings, and ensure brand activation items are in the right accounts.
· Continuously assess the territory and define the On Trade universe.
· Actively share BrewDog marketing activities to demonstrate key differences to competition.
· Ensure that a quality finished drink is delivered to all consumers requesting a BrewDog beer.
· Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to promote BrewDog within the On Trade sector.
About You
