RoleResponsibilities: What You'll Do As An AssistantManager
Support the CentreDirector in overseeing daily operations andmaintaining educational standards
Develop &deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculumtailored to children's needs
Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements andmaintain health & safety standards
Provide leadership& mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesiveand motivated team
Enhance customersatisfaction by delivering exceptional serviceand promoting a positive nursery experience forfamilies
Assist with administrativetasks, including scheduling, payroll, andrecruitment
Manage operationalrecords and support financial planning toensure sustainability
Required Qualifications: Ideal Assistant ManagerCandidate
Level 3 qualificationor above in early yearseducation
Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory experience anadvantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader,Nursery Room Manager, or NurseryPractitioner
Strong leadership, organisational,and communication skills to inspire and supportyour team
Passionate about fostering children'sdevelopment and creating positive relationshipswith families
