Deliver Electrical construction work packs.
Responsibilities
* Assist in developing schedules and planning resources for electrical activities.
* Conduct constructability reviews.
* Determine key materials needed to unlock installation phases and coordinate their availability.
* Request surveys and temporary devices.
* Ensure all construction documentation aligns with the latest project specifications and nuclear safety requirements.
* Review and align technical information related to electrical systems to ensure coordination across teams.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procedures and enhance safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in Electrical engineering discipline.
* Experience in Electrical systems onsite installation.
* Proven track record of progressing from hands‑on trade roles into supervisory or site management positions will be an advantage.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings / BIM models.
* Knowledge of the construction / installation industry.

Project Overview
Hinkley Point C (HPC) is the first new nuclear power station to be built in the UK in over 20 years, HPC’s two EPR reactors will be capable of generating 3.26 GW of secure, low‑carbon electricity for 60 years, enough electricity to power around 6 million homes. In addition to the projects ‘clean energy’ benefits, HPC will create thousands of jobs and bring lasting benefits to the UK economy.
The role will be focused on the Electrical discipline but will be interfaced with other disciplines and with several parties, such as the site contractors (composed of main suppliers and sub‑suppliers), construction teams, quality teams, project management teams, or design teams.
