About this role
One of London’s most sought-after architectural practices with an enviable reputation within the industry is looking for an experienced project administrator/document controller to join this vibrant practice. Your role will be super-varied where you will support various project teams and key members of the senior team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the team with meeting coordination and diary management
2. Coordinate travel and accommodation, both national and international
3. Support with document control
4. Produce project documentation
5. Assist with presentation and meeting preparation
6. Process team expenses
7. Ad hoc administration as required including covering on reception
Skills and Experience
8. Prior experience in project administration and document control, ideally within the architecture/design industry
9. Ability to multi task and prioritise
10. Knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous as well as document control systems, ie Aconex
11. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
