This is a full-time temporary role supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse, helping them progress through recovery and reintegration. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of service users, developing and reviewing recovery plans Conduct triage and comprehensive assessments Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver shared interventions Facilitate access to treatment and community resources Lead case management including risk and safeguarding assessments Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and attend reviews and meetings Support families and reduce the impact of substance misuse on family life Deliver psychosocial interventions in both group and one-to-one formatsRequirements: Experience in substance misuse, mental health, or social care settings Strong communication and case management skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Familiarity with online case management systems is desirableBenefits of Working with Ser...
