We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves handling initial inquiries and incidents reported by Customers. Providing troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including tasks like password resets, software installs as well as providing support for software and hardware. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of networking and Microsoft 365 along with strong communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of the following areas: Microsoft 365 (Email and SharePoint/OneDrive) Active Directory DNS, DHCP, File & Print. Windows 10 & 11 support.
